By accessing, registering, or using the Platform, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not access or use the Platform.
THE SERVICE
Salon Latino USA provides an online platform designed to help users discover beauty professionals and businesses, including salons, barbers, stylists, nail technicians, makeup artists, and other personal care providers.
The Platform may include features such as:
- Business listings
- Appointment booking tools
- Reviews and ratings
- Messaging features
- Profile management
- Promotional and advertising tools
Salon Latino USA is a technology platform and marketplace only. Salon Latino USA does not own, operate, manage, supervise, or control the businesses listed on the Platform. All services offered through listings are provided by independent businesses or individuals, and any agreements for services are made directly between users and those independent providers.
ACCOUNTS
Users may create accounts in order to access certain features of the Platform. By creating an account, you agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information and to maintain the accuracy of that information.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. Salon Latino USA is not responsible for unauthorized access to your account resulting from your failure to safeguard your credentials.
Salon Latino USA reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or engage in fraudulent or abusive behavior.
BUSINESS LISTINGS
Business owners may create profiles and listings on the Platform to promote their services.
By submitting information, images, or descriptions for a listing, you represent and warrant that:
- The information is accurate and not misleading
- You have the legal authority to operate the business
- Any images or materials uploaded are owned by you or used with proper authorization
Salon Latino USA reserves the right to edit, suspend, or remove any listing that violates these Terms or harms the integrity of the Platform.
REVIEWS AND USER CONTENT
Users may submit reviews, ratings, comments, and other forms of content on the Platform.
By submitting content, you represent that it reflects your genuine experience and does not contain false, defamatory, abusive, misleading, or unlawful material.
Salon Latino USA reserves the right to remove or moderate content that violates these Terms or harms the safety or integrity of the Platform.
BOOKINGS
Appointments or bookings made through the Platform represent agreements directly between the customer and the business providing the service.
Salon Latino USA does not guarantee:
- Appointment availability
- Service quality
- Pricing accuracy
- Customer satisfaction
Salon Latino USA is not responsible for cancellations, disputes, damages, dissatisfaction, injuries, or any issues arising from services provided by independent businesses listed on the Platform.
ADVERTISING AND PROMOTIONAL SERVICES
Salon Latino USA may offer optional advertising or promotional services designed to increase the visibility of business listings within the Platform.
Salon Latino USA does not guarantee any specific results from promotional services, including but not limited to increased visibility, customer engagement, bookings, sales, or revenue.
Purchasing promotional services does not guarantee that a business will receive customers, leads, bookings, or increased income.
All promotional services are provided on an “as is” basis.
COMMUNICATIONS
The Platform may include messaging systems, notifications, or email communications.
By using the Platform, you consent to receiving service-related communications from Salon Latino USA.
Salon Latino USA is not responsible for communications initiated by users or businesses through the Platform, including unwanted messages, marketing communications, or spam generated by third parties using the Platform.
DATA SECURITY AND INFORMATION RISKS
Salon Latino USA implements reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect user data; however, no internet-based system can guarantee complete security.
Users acknowledge that Salon Latino USA cannot guarantee protection against hacking, unauthorized access, cyberattacks, data breaches, or theft of information.
DATA STORAGE AND LOSS OF INFORMATION
Users are responsible for maintaining backups of any information, images, or business data uploaded to the Platform.
Salon Latino USA does not guarantee the permanent storage or availability of any data, listings, messages, or user content.
Technical errors, maintenance, outages, or system failures may result in temporary or permanent loss of information.
INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
All content on the Platform, including text, graphics, logos, design, software, and functionality, is owned by Salon Latino USA or its licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws.
Users may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or exploit any part of the Platform without prior written permission.
USER CONTENT LICENSE
By submitting reviews, images, comments, or other content to the Platform, you grant Salon Latino USA a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free, perpetual license to use, reproduce, modify, publish, and display such content for the purpose of operating and promoting the Platform.
RIGHT TO REMOVE LISTINGS AND CONTENT
Salon Latino USA reserves the right to remove, suspend, or modify any listing, review, or user content at its sole discretion without prior notice.
Salon Latino USA shall not be liable for any loss of business, visibility, or revenue resulting from such actions.
PLATFORM AVAILABILITY
Salon Latino USA does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free access to the Platform. The Platform may experience outages, maintenance periods, or technical issues.
The Platform is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis.
FORCE MAJEURE
Salon Latino USA shall not be responsible for delays or failures resulting from events beyond its control including natural disasters, cyberattacks, power outages, internet failures, or governmental actions.
LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Salon Latino USA shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages including loss of profits, loss of customers, advertising performance, or business interruptions.
LIMITATION OF LIABILITY CAP
The total liability of Salon Latino USA for any claims related to the Platform shall not exceed the greater of:
- USD $100, or
- The amount paid by the user to Salon Latino USA during the previous 12 months.
ARBITRATION AND DISPUTE RESOLUTION
Any disputes related to the Platform shall be resolved through binding arbitration rather than court litigation, except where prohibited by law.
CLASS ACTION WAIVER
Users agree that disputes will be resolved individually and not through class action lawsuits or collective claims.
INDEMNIFICATION
Users agree to indemnify and hold harmless Salon Latino USA from any claims, damages, liabilities, or expenses arising from their use of the Platform or violation of these Terms.
TERMINATION
Salon Latino USA reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or misuse the Platform.
CHANGES TO THESE TERMS
Salon Latino USA may update these Terms at any time. Updated versions will be posted on the Platform with a revised effective date.
